The staff was friendly and quite nice as noted in other reviews but it would appear that not all of the rooms have been remodeled/upgraded. Recent upgrades have made this nice hotel even better. New furniture, tv and flooring were very nice. The breakfasts were excellent... Eggs and pancakes and bacon... something of that caliber every morning. I've stayed in a number of hotels in Redding and this an easy favorite.
