I stay at this hotel whenever I'm up in Redding for work. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. I've yet to stay in a room I didn't like. The young lady at the desk was friendly and courteous. I am fussy about cleanliness and our room met my expectations. We had no trouble finding the hotel from the freeway. We stopped here on our way south on I-5 from Oregon. Comfortable rooms. The pool was icy cold, but it was October. We enjoyed the hot tub. Great breakfast with coffee, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage (pork), pastries, toast, juices. more

This Best Western is well maintained, clean and has friendly staff. There wasn't any eating establishments in the imediate area but several within a short drive. The hotel area is quiet.Room is very large and clean.Breakfast service is great,however it would be great if there is more space for customers to sit and eat.Room service is fast .parking is great.I was able to sleep comfortably.thank you so much more

The room and check-in was very good. Our only complaint in most of our stays at 6 Best Western Hotels was the flagrant use of disposable dishware, cups and cutlery. As a country you will never get out from under the garbage pile with so much unrecyclable material. Do the math!! more
