I had reserved a jacuzzi suite MONTHS in advance. Upon check-in we were told that they had booked our room to someone else! We made this trip for our aniversary and it was ruined. well lets see i booked on a special two rooms and i know now why they stuck us in parking lot views and handicap... Both rooms come on requested king beds got queen .. You look at website it is nothing like hotel...they just need to be honest for what they are instead of acting like a top notch hotel cause its not even close..... very disappointed............ more

Although, the hotel itself is quaint and comfortable. It is DEFINITELY not a place to go for a quiet, relaxing weekend. I have gotten more sleep in Vegas!
