We stayed only one night and I cannot imagine staying longer. The lobby, the hallways, the room...dingy, dirty, cramped. The air conditioner did not work properly. Priced better than most of the Berkeley hotels, about 20 minute drive to UC-Berkeley and it's across the street from a mall. Lot's of other stores nearby. Rooms are fine and staff is helpful. more

This property is fairly new, clean, reasonable, with easy freeway access. It is essentially a small studio with kitchenette. Found this place via Expedia and needed a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay for two nights while visiting family in Richmond. This Extended Stay was only five miles away from where I needed to visit, so it was really convenient. I stayed on a Fri/Sat.
