Very loud street noise, especially since the room doors are all exposed. The doors are cheap with big air gaps all around. The rude receptionist is just icing on the cake. Ridgecrest/China Lake has few hotel alternatives, but luckily there is a new Marriott under construction up the street. That is where the business travelers will go and this place... more

On Saturday night there was a loud party with music and booze in the outdoor pool area. When we complained we were told that the party had rented the space and would last until midnight. In fact it continued past 1:00 AM. How can they rent rooms to families and then rent out the outdoor area for a party? Unbelievable.... more

I stayed here for a business trip and I wasn't completely satisfied. I had issues with getting my correct rate that they originally told me and getting my check-in/check-out dates correctly updated.
