This hotel tries hard by listing and offering many services but fails to deliver on the most important part (a good room, bed, & bath). I've had to stay here several times of the past 10 years (because my other choices are booked up) and it always fails to impress. The staff is nice enough but the rooms are very... more

I stayed here one time, so far; and will most likely return. There aren’t too many decent places in Ridgecrest for less than Marriot prices. My room was small, but clean and neat; with a microwave and small refer. The pool looked good. There is a restaurant with a great breakfast and it has an on-site bar, where I ate... more

This hotel looks so good, that we couldn't believe the price we were quoted. We thought there must be a snag but we didn't find it! Beautiful rooms, looked to have been recently refurbished. Very clean with great toiletries and towels. Nice pool and plenty of space and some loungers shaded from the hot sun. Breakfast was included in our... more

Considering this is the "Four Seasons" in the area it really isn't bad. My gripes are with the intermittent "free" wireless internet. Off line a lot of the time,,,I'd rather pay and have it work! TV is crap and reception sucks...it's cable, what's up?? I checked and there are no air gaps so TV should not look this bad. Otherwise... more

We were on a trip to Ridgecrest to visit relatives and decided to stay at the Carriage Inn. The property is well cared for outside and the carpets and linens were clean. The first room had a leaking tolet that left water on the floor but they quickly allowed to change rooms with a king bed. The hot tub was... more

Okay, when I walked into this hotel, all was well. Now that was until I went into the bathroom, there was a big roach, however it was dead so you know it had been sprayed. But, I wil tell you that this hotel does have roaches, yuck! Also the staff in the evenings weren't too friendly. more

We stayed in Ridgecrest on the way to Death Valley. Since we hadn't made advance reservations, we cruised around and decided the Best Western or the Carriage Inn looked like the places to stay. We chose the Carriage Inn because of the quieter location and number of guest cars on the property. Because we requested a quiet room and their... more

I've stayed here several times for work. If you don't mind the weird grandmother decorations, average beds, and high prices, this place is pretty good. The desk people have always been courteous, even allowing me to check out at 6 pm one day with no extra charge. The anmenities are hard to find in Ridgcrest (pool, exercise room, on site... more

Prices at this hotel were a little higher than elsewhere, but the place looked nice, had internet access, so my girlfriend and I took it, hoping for a very nice experience. However, our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest, and was strewn with pizza boxes, towels, and rumpled sheets. It took three requests to the desk staff... more
