As a former hotel manager for Holiday Inn, Hilton and Marriott, my advice is stay away from this hotel unless you enjoy: - Squeaky floor - Leaking sink - Lot of noises - Being waken up at 5 in the morning by front desk accused you (wrongly) of making a lot of noises - Shower does not work more

The above average review I give to the hotel is based on value for money. In some ways it seems a slight mystery why a Comfort Suites would have been built in Rosemead, having now visited the area. I have left a few Items in the room after I check out, a few days later I went back to ask about my forgotten items. The staff could not find them. I ask the manager what their policy was in regards to item left behind by customers. He stated the items will be put in hold for 90 days.... more
