The Vizcaya is a very nice bed and breakfast, but did not live up to the billing it got in some of the travel guide reviews. The inn is located in a beautiful old house that has been reasonably well-restored and maintained. I had to take a trip to Sacramento on very short notice - booked Vizcaya via Orbitz with NO knowledge of the place. What a find!! I wound up with the penthouse suite, as they were otherwise fully occupied, but very determined to honor my reservation.
