This place was wonderful. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very functional. The breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, yogurt and fresh fruit along with the usual cereal, juice, toast, muffins, bagels, etc. Plus, they serve Starbucks coffee! This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Granted, the hotel was nice due to a recent renovation (I think it used to be a Candlewood) but the service was horrible. We loved the Larkspur Landing! The feature that I liked best was the free laundry facility (detergent $1), since we were travelling with our toddler. We stayed 5 nights to attend a wedding... the rooms were spacious and clean. The room came w/ a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwve. There was a nice spacious work area. I made web reservation for Standard 1 bedroom suite but was given "MINI" Suite (Studio) since thats all they had left. However this Hotel is Modern, and Clean in nice area not far from central Sacto. more
