The people who work here are top-notch in their attempt to provide great service. They are extremely friendly and sincere. However, they did make some mistakes in our one-night stay. They were little things, but added up; for instance, forgetting toilet paper in the room, forgetting the bath soap, even forgetting the cookies when they brought cookies and coffee up... more
