I was so impressed with the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of Arden Acres. The trailor had everything I needed, Jackie, the assistance manager, was happy to grant my requests at anytime. It's just off the highway which is a plus. I will definitely come back soon.

What a unique and refreshing alternative for the seasoned traveler. Clean, spacious, private cottages. Not for the traveler who wants an on-site restaurant, pool, room service, etc. As a business traveler, I always search for quiet, private places where I can truly relax. The best place ever. Very family friendly. Safe gated community for the kids to play. Long term residents are really friendly and neighborly. Ive stayed here a few times and my kids love it. Other children in community for my kids to play with. WAAAAAAY better than being trapped in a hotel room.

Very affordable, very clean and the owners are very personable. My wife had emergency surgery at Kaiser Hospital and my length of stay was extended at least 4 times.
