I was looking for a motel right off the highway and that had a "park & fly" rate with shuttle service to Sacramento International Airport. OK, this place fit the bill. But, it came up short on cleanliness. The bed was comfortable but the room just looked old and tired. I can truthfully say the staff I encountered, both at... more

We needed to be very close to the Sacramento Airport, as our flight was 6:30am. This was an excellent choice for us. Clean, comfortable good value for the money and within 10 miles of the airport. It didn't really look as nice on the outside of the hotel as it was on the inside. We were pleasantly surprised. There are... more

I've stayed here a few times. I live in Sacramento but sometimes get a room here to gather my nerves... Anyways All times room was quiet and clean and nicely decorated, lots of towels and ironing board, coffee maker in room. Showerheads are cool. Homeless are in the area during the day but seem to stay away from the hotel...... more

I stayed here for one night while traveling for business. After checking in and finally getting to my room after a long day of delays and layovers at the airports, I opened the door only to find that it wasn't cleaned. The front desk clerk was more than happy to set me up with another room and was very friendly.... more

I have stayed here several times in the past year (travel for business). The rooms are a little dark but pretty comfortable and they have good internet access if you need it for business. The location is not downtown and only a few over-priced, mediocre restaurants are walking distance. more

The Ramada is an inexpensive motel that offers great value and accommodations. It is in a convenient area northwest of downtown that has many motel choices, only 1-2 miles away from Old Sacramento, just off an entrance to I-5. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, especially the manager, Bobby. We asked for and got a quiet room away from... more

We booked this hotel in Hotwire thinking it would be in downtown Sacramento, but actually it's a 10-minute drive on the next exit from downtown Sacramento. It is near Old Sacramento. We had a room facing the freeway and the pathway smelled of urine. But once we were in our room it was fine. It was nicely decorated, and had... more

When they cleaned the room it was good. Close to 4 very good but a little spendy resturants behind hotel. Our room was next door to maintenance. The room above us had a couple of kids running around till at least 10 pm. Office people were nice. Had stay down stairs ( Disabled ). All in All comfortable. more

We go to Sacramento a couple of times a year and always choose the Ramada Discovery Park. It's a very convenient location right off the freeway, close to Old Sacramento, the Rivercats ballpark, and not far from downtown. Several good restaurants are just down the block, including Memphis Barbecue where we have enjoyed some good meals and drinks in a... more

I read the reviews, saw a very mixed bag and booked. I am glad. All I wanted was a comfortable bed, a peaceful night, hot shower in the morning and a pleasant breakfast at a reasonable price. It was all this and a little more. Plenty of towels, hot coffee in the room, and a nice variety of breakfast foods--including... more
