We have come to expect good stays with Best Western. We have stayed in a number of BW Inns and have had wonderful stays. This one, however, is the pits. not awful, but we will try paying more next time in Sacramento. we were probably a little more sensitive to thin walls as we were all in bed by 9pm - but the muffled TV and muffled conversations were very apparent. had to sleep with pillows over our heads. more

We stayed at the Best Western Expo for a couple of nights while attending a high school drama festival at Sacramento State - it is about a five minute drive to Sac State. Wow, I stayed here on business and received exceptional customer service! My room was quite large and very quiet. I needed to check out a bit later than their normal checkout and they were very accommodating. They offer fresh cookies in the afternoon and a lovely continental breakfast that includes make your own mini-waffles. They even have a free shuttle... more

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. We work at night and noone bothered us during the day so we could sleep. The first day we stayed there we asked for early check in and were assured that it wouldn't be a problem. However, we had to wait over an hour and a half... more

Very friendly front desk, they were able to help me find local addresses and help print out my boarding pass for my return flight. Rooms were comfortable. more

the hotel is old and you can hear everything upstairs it was like they were playing football upstairs ...there is a reason it was the best price in the neighborhood.the gym okay no recumbent braekfast continental only would stay again if i was saving $50 or more over area hotels more
