Stayed her for two nights for a conference. The meeting space was not great but the sleeping rooms were comfortable. Small but adequate exercise facilities and a nice restaurant. The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the mall and a large Macy's Department store. It is also a short walk from Old Sacramento, which has fun shops... more

I booked via Internet and they charged my account for the full amount $134.78. I had to cancel two weeks before my reservation date and they refused to refund my money. They're keeping $134.78 even though I cancelled well ahead of my arrival date. I'm fighting it, but BEWARE of this hotel. more

We stayed here in May 2007. We arrived late thanks to the Amtrak Zephyr, but the 5 minute walk from the station was well lit and felt safe. We had booked 2 rooms, but only 1 was showing.
