Clean room. Kitchen area with sink, big fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, even some kitchenware. Bath with shower (bring your own shampoo). 24/7 laundry (you'll need quarters). Free WiFi. Can be a bit noisy during the night, perhaps some machinery or the elevator, but I did not really care.

Flew into Sacramento on business. Needed a place with internet for my laptop and space to lay out my paperwork to prepare for the next day. This place had plenty of both was only there for one night but will not hesitate to book a longer stay next time I travel.

I've paid much more for run-down, old motels built and never painted since the 60's. As a smoker, I was put on the 3rd floor and my room seemed like it was brand new. The rooms have been remodelded and are very clean and nice. Well worth the money! They are just now painting the exterior. But that should be completed in the next week or so. The grab and go "breakfast" wasn't much. But I-Hop is right next door.
