We arrived On Sunday night Thanksgiving weekend. The first room they gave us had paint peeling off the walls, large holes in the bathroom wall appx 9 x 11 inches. There were baby cockroaches on the TV stand. I went to the office to get a refund so we could try and find another motel but was not given one saying that it's the properties policy not to give refunds.

So then I asked for another room the 2nd room was as bad if not worse. As with the first room the beds were torn apart and worn down , pitchers that were hanging on the walls were on the floor with rust worn marks where the nails were. The bed spread had blood stains on it with stains that were from other fluids. The heater in the room did not work and the Bathroom window was rusted so that it couldn't be closed with a low in the 30's

I have called the health department in Salinas to report this Motel.. more
