Stayed at this hotel earlier this week. The staff members were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond on just about anything. But the "hardware" are dated. It is a decent place to stay, considering other value options in San Bernardino and surrounding areas. It was comfortable, clean, relatively safe, and it had the amenities (kitchen, hot meals, exercise facility, business center) that I come to expect from the Residence Inn. The exterior was OK, not spectacular. The interior was decent.

There's no reason to stay at this hotel location unless your on nearby business. I've stayed here at least six times during 2012 and each time I've had my share of complaints.
