Very clean, well kept, and friendly front desk. We escaped "Black Mold" hotel up by Snow Summit (without getting a refund) to the safe haven of this great Hilton. Heated pool and jacuzzi was very refreshing. Free parking a great plus. More

Rooms are nice and comfy, but the moise from the highway is loud and annoying. Make sure you ask for a room facing the mountains, unless you are a heavy sleeper More

Booked block of rooms for conference. We had the "Presidential Suite". Bathroom flooded in afternoon (toilet backed up). At 11:30pm, tried to shower, and bathtub was bubbling up with what looks like poo and other crap. Called night manager, maintenance came up but mgr kept saying his shift ends at 1am and to talk with day mgr! Bathroom did not... More

We recently stayed at this hotel. The check in was fine. Was upgraded with no problems. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. However, We had a problem with the service at the bar and the restaurant. We arrived at the hotel about 3:00pm. We went to the bar for a drink and something to eat. There was no one... More

I am a little lost on the recent reviews that this property has been given. I do not believe they accurately review this property. While the hotel is probably a little older than others in the area, it was a nice property. I spent two nights there. The lobby was bright, clean and inviting. The staff were excellent and the... The hotel seemed old, and it was quite dark inside. The television was old and did not work as it should. The elevator was small too. The area was not tempting, but we had to stay there for the night untill we could drive on. More

We pulled into this hotel thinking we were at another similarly named hotel. The staff were excellent and gave us a reasonable quote and promised a quiet room away from the freeway to save us driving any further. We booked two rooms and for a Hilton hotel they were very ordinary. One room was quite dirty, there were hairs on... More

If you are Hhonors gold or diamond, reconsider the benefits of staying here and go to another Hilton that will take care of you. I’d rather stay at one of the Hilton Garden Inns or Hamptons in the area, based upon what you get comparatively! I feel like this hotel is inclined to nickel and dime for everything. As a... More

First off, the Hilton is absolutely fine, It probably IS the nicest hotel in San Bernardino (which doesn't say much), but after noticing a great many 5 star tripadvisor reviews for this place from reviewers with one contribution... I thought I'd put in my two or three cents. It's a decent, well-run old Hilton with a view of the highway,... More
