DO NOT STAY AT THE ECONO LODGE SAN BERNARDINO FOR YOUR SAFETY! When my boyfriend and I arrived we were greeted at the counter by an employee who did not speak any English as well as a patron asking for a hotel room for only a few hours???? This motel is situated in an extremely run-down part of town with virtually no nearby amenities in the way of restaurants shops etc. We felt quite uncomfortable in the area and had no intention of walking outside the confines of the motel.
