We chose this hotel because of its location near the Pasadena Rose Bowl. We enjoyed it very much. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Excellent cooked to order breakfast (recommend the eggs benedict). We also enjoyed the two hour happy hour each evening. Front desk staff was very friendly. Many nearby restaurants of all types.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. Comfortable mattresses, great pillows, down comforter. There were two double beds and a fold out couch bed in our room. Plenty of clean towels. Refrigerator and microwave. The room was nice and clean. There was a very good breakfast cooked to order and the staff was excellent with suggestions on things to do with a free afternoon but... the double beds are a little too firm/hard and there is a train that ran throughout the evening...I think it woke us up 3 times...I would definately consider staying... Checked out after one night of a planned 4-night stay. Room was so musty could not escape or get usedf to small even afer running the fan all night. This room (and I think others) has windows that don't open, so get very little air circulation. Also, front desk staff indifferent. Had to take a conference call in my room... More
