The hotel was not clean, the mattress was so thin /soft you could feel the box springs, the internet was VERY slow, and things in the room kept breaking (ironing borad, alarm clock, etc.). There was also no one to check me out before 6am, even though they told me the night before that someone would be there. more

I normally don't care for extended stay hotels, but this one is the exception. I stayed for work, it was very clean, nicely furnised and the front desk was outstanding. I plan to stay there when working in the area. San Jose has a lot of bad areas but this hotel is near the corp. center part of town. Also... more

The Homestead Studios was a decent hotel and a good value. I stayed for one night. the room had a full kitchen and eating area, a bed and a seating area. Very nice and roomy. The decor was a little dated but the room appeared clean. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I added the wireless internet to my... more
