Felt like a european boutique hotel. Price was excellent. Hotel is very clean and well-kept. Security Cameras can be seen thruout the hotel which made me feel very safe. Rooms were classy and very clean. Everyone on the staff is pleasant and cheerful. Bar/Lounge cozy and relaxing. Definitely staying here again. Worth every penny. more

It was just okay considering the cost. Radisson's are a hit or a miss. The lobby looked great but the room was a little dated and the ac was not working well. But it was a great price. Room was not complely made up when we arrived but they fixed it quickly - friendly staff. more

Don't let the other reviews fool you.. this is a great hotel for the price and close to everything. The food in the restaurant is also the best and so is Mike, the server. For the price, you can't beat it...everything clean, neat and a good deal. more

The hotel staff treated us great. We did a fly-drive package and had dinner in the restaurant. Our waiter Cam was on it and helpful and treated us like family. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Not a great neighborhood, but waht airport hotel is? Very pleased. We will return our next flight out of San Jose Mineta. more

This hotel had sleep number beds, and that is it. The location is awful. Having to use the light rail system, it is a three block walk. There is nothing in the vacinity except a bowling alley and a taco stand that is open, sometimes... The restaurant had good food, but the service was horrible since they only have one... more

During my stay, I found out that the hotel got rid of their security staff months ago and only have the night auditor on staff during the night. When I asked about cameras...there are none.
