The Days Inn SLO was easy to get to off of 101. Just a short drive or mile walk down Monterey street will get you to downtown. I stayed 3 nights with a group of students. I tried to stay at the Days Inn SLO in February. The first room they put me in had a foul/moldy odor. I complained about that one and the next room had multiple problems ... The rooms are older, the beds are little uncomfortable. The property is well maintained though and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was very quiet and the staff was helpful. more

We stayed for one night only, but the room was clean, had good facilities (shower, microwave, fridge, two queen beds), and included a basic lobby breakfast (bagels, coffee, juice). If you're just flying through town, it's a good place to sleep. We would stay there again. more
