Spent 5 nites recently and it was very disappointing. Old, musty, iron and NO board, coffee pot and NO coffee, terrible pillows, but the worst part was that each morning at 7 am they started hammering, drilling, POWER SAWS and THROWING SHEET OF PLY WOOD form the 2nd floor. Was not informed of the reconstruction when I made our reservation.

Spacious rooms, good service at reception and room maintenance. Lakefront location a big plus. Good value for families visiting Legoland and other kid oriented locations. Only negative is that the property is in need of a interior and exterior makeover.
