The front desk services in this place were so abysmal that I couldn't believe my ears. I asked for pepper, rice cooker etc. as advertised. I never got them in 15 days. Any further question - the answer was "You are paying just 70$ and this is so this is all you can expect" What atrocity! more

If you are a single or couple, this can be a great place. For a family with children, it may not be a good choice if you are looking for full service, a fitness center, or a pool. I got this place through a 3rd party web site for 3 days at a total price less then one would pay... more

I just got back from staying at this establishment. I normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn but the Homestead Studio Suites Hotel, San Mateo had a great rate for Labor Day Weekend that I couldn't pass up.
