Ok, so I have stayed at this Marriot about 30 times, and until this last trip, I had no problems. In fact, it has been quite nice. The Marriott in San Mateo is truly a wonderful property. The hotel has a resort like setting with palm trees a beautiful courtyard and a two unique exercise rooms. This is a really nice hotel, which is mostly used by business travelers in Silicon Valley. Excellent gym (two rooms!) and pool. This Marriott motel is very nice. Good location. Nice room. Friendly service and lots of amenities. We travel a lot...and appreciate that the motel is just two blocks from a small shopping center...because it never fails that we will forget something.
