THIS HOTEL IS NOT IN MONTECITO NOR NEAR THE WATER!!. It is a nice place with small rooms next to the rail road tracks. The Owner is helpful and has done a bunch of things to make this hotel competetive from the beds to the drinking water to the look and feel in the rooms. The rooms are small, the railroad is 40 feet away and if you are a light sleeper it is a bit noisy part of town even at night. If you get a deal on the place or like the pictures on the site stay here as it is exactly like the pictures say it is. Do not think you will walk in town it is not right there, it is no where near Montecito and there are lots of hotels closer to the water.
