For the buck, this is just a great deal. I stayed in one of the largest units. Very nice on all counts. Well appointed room, great housekeeping, owner keeps a close on on the property (she lives in the middle of the property). Nothing but good things to say. more

Picture perfect lodging. The room was stylish, comfortable, and very clean, and the property is 1 block from the beach. I loved the spacious bathroom and fully equiped kitchen with complimentary bottled water, teas and coffee. Don't be put off by the fact it is a block away from the beach - it's really very close and in some ways a touch more charming being off the main drag. Booked direct following review of Hotels & B&Bs in Santa Barbara - and not disappointed. We had room 7 and it was very spacious. All has been said about welcome basket and a nice touch.
