Selecting a hotel via the internet is always a risk. But, in this case we were really pleased with our choice. The location is one of the best in Santa Barbara for walking the waterfront and the city, as well as convenient to good restaurants and the freeways. more

I agree with all other reviews here. Rooms are well appointed, but bathroom outdated. Breakfast is a step above regular continental. Fresh fruit is outstanding. The Brisas del Mar Inn at the Beach in Santa Barbara is a real jewel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay close to beach, close to restaurants and comfortable. The bed was super too. Heated pool. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean. Refreshments 3 times a day..... We plan another trip there soon. more

great location, walking distance to the ocean (about a half a mile). everybody at the inn are very helpful and try to help you as much as possible. room, on the other hand, are kind of outdated, especially, the bathroom, but very clean. more
