The Cabrillo Inn has a fantastic beach location but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room (bathroon), maintenance (clogged drain in tub), and smoking policy (people smoke on the common deck) are not the best. Not a good value for the price. Look for something else. Would not stay there again. more

When we arrived I was amazed at how delapitated the property was for the $179.00 price although it was right on the cross from the beach. The rooms were even worse. Very old, lumpy, uneven beds. This hotel is okay if you're not looking for a quiet romantic get away. The staff is friendly enough with good resturant suggestions. The rooms are clean. The staff was polite and helpful. I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. The pool area along with the water was just right. The view of the beach was excellent!! I definitely recommend this hotel to other potential visitors. more

I was just checking the reviews on this property and was AMAZED anyone who checked in had not checked out within minutes (as I did). I stayed there years ago and it was fine.
