Our visit started badly with the astounding rudeness of the lady at reception (a frequent complaint by other reviewers) - no greeting or eye contact or any basic customer service skills - so I was quite negative from the beginning. The receptionist (who's most likely the owner) was rude. The employees seemed put out, probably because they're unhappy working there.
