From the moment you enter the SYR the grounds you feel as if you've entered a magical moment. We stayed in the Oak Grove cottage and it was perfect. Spent one night here the day before V-day. Stayed in a Junior Suite--Lotus. From beginning to end we had a fantastic time. The room was cozy romantic and gorgeous. The bed was amazing. It was just as brilliant as the other reviews suggested.We travel a lot around the world and always stay in 5 star hotels if possible and this is our favourite hotel to date, and that is quite an achievement. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. more

The ranch overall is quite beautiful, and the gardens and cottages provide a very private and serene setting. However, the ranch provides very little in terms of amenities.
