We were only there one night but we were put in a corner room with a balcony. The room is very modern and looks relatively new. Nice linens, comfortable bed, easy check in. There was coffee and danish available the next morning but we did not have time to eat. Located right in the middle of Sillicon Valley and just... more

I have been at the Hyatt in Santa Clara four or five times this year, mostly because it is a very big hotel and with the down economy there are good deals available on Hotwire. The rooms are fairly comfortable, and although folks complained about the valet service (it's not a Four Seasons, folks, and I don't use it) I... more

Nice hotel in a great location. Poor staffing, had to wait for assistance with luggage and valet parking only one attendant working. We end up having a security guard valet our car. Did not expect that from a Hyatt Hotel simply because all other Hyatt Hotels we stayed at had adequate staff. Very poor quality service. The Bar staff was... more

We attended a relative's wedding in Santa Clara. We chose the Hyatt because they had a promotion. Everything about the hotel was beautiful. The front desk employees were courteous and helpful. The fitness center was well-equipped. The only thing I wished they had was free wireless Internet connection, more

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara last night, not too impressed, will not be back. I'm confused why would a hotel in the heart of Silicon Valley with high tech titans such as Yahoo, Google, Cisco System down the street have poor internet service. The T-mobile hot spot was, ok to slow, low bandwidth, took for ever from some... more

I just completed my third stay (and fourth week) at this hotel this year. I like it because it's close to my office, the service is good and always very friendly, the rooms are well-appointed, stylish, comfortable and clean, and it's hyatt-predictability all-around. i find the lack of food options an issue and the 'fresca' restaurant is below average; hoewver,... more

We stayed here one night on our honeymoon when we were attending a concert at Shoreline Amptheater. I mentioned upon check in that this was our honeymoon and noticed, when we arrived at our room, that they had put us in a corner room with a nice view. Room was huge, spotlessly clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. A great... more

Staff was very friendly. First bedroom overlooked the entire first floor roof (what kind of view is that?). So we went back downstairs and asked for another one on a higher floor. This time we got a nice view of the Silicon Valley on a much higher floor. No issues, no attitude, they were happy to do it. Room was... more

The hotel rooms were nice but walking past the hotel bar to the pool area there were lots of vacant tables with dirty glasses and dishes. The pool area was also a mess with towels everywhere and dirty table just a few people there. more

I expected more from a Hyatt...nothing is free. You pay for wireless internet, you pay for wired internet, you pay for minutes of internet at the business center. This is a HYATT IN THE FRICKIN' SILICON VALLEY!!! I can't believe they don't offer free internet! Everything costs extra...even full cable. So if you want to be nickle and dimed to... more
