Nice hotel in a great location. Poor staffing, had to wait for assistance with luggage and valet parking only one attendant working. We end up having a security guard valet our car. The hotel rooms were nice but walking past the hotel bar to the pool area there were lots of vacant tables with dirty glasses and dishes. The pool area was also a mess with towels everywhere and dirty table just a few people there. more

I expected more from a Hyatt...nothing is free. You pay for wireless internet, you pay for wired internet, you pay for minutes of internet at the business center.
