Loved this hotel! The staff was wonderful upon arrival and continued to be throughout the entire stay (4 nights). The staff was very courteous and helpful. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Room was not clean, there were coke bottles and other litter in the room. Wallpaper was peeling from bathrooms. Overall very dissatisfied. Will probably never use this particular hotel again. John more

Maybe I'm used to something a little nicer, but this place was just downright gross. I walked in to my room, and although it was "non-smoking", it smelled like somebody had chain smoked in there, then urinated on the carpet, and then sprayed a can of Glade air freshener. I stayed here 3 different times in November. Fair value. Adjacent with a restaurant....I think it was an IHOP. Plan on hunting for other restaurants aside from that one. Close to the highway. But you definitely need a car as the other reviews state. Standard Holiday Inn. I would probably try something new next time in the area. more
