I'm pretty fond of Hilton hotels all around but Embassy Suites is probably my favorite...and the hotel in Santa Clara was no exception. It's everything most people look for in a hotel.....very clean, very comfy, great service, great amentities, and great location. There's definitely a reason it's a well rated hotel. We have stayed in this hotel several times and have been well pleased. This is a specific comment on our last visit, which left us with a very negative feeling. We went to breakfast at 8:30 and after standing in several lines and waiting for toast etc. we were still eating at 9:05 when the manager came to our table... more

The Embassy Suites accommodated our family during a baseball tournament for my son. The rooms were exceptionally clean and updated with granite bathrooms. I am very particular about the cleanliness of my hotel rooms and these rooms were very clean. The lobby staff were friendly and they offered a free happy hour of snacks and drinks. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks on business--a VERY long time to be away from home. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, quick, and really strived to know who I was.
