This was the worst motel we stayed in. Room was small and up a flight of narrow, treacherous steps. There are only a few parking spaces for guests at the motel. We had to park out on the street over a block away. I would recommend avoiding this place. more

Simply nice rooms (apparently recently renoved), the hotel is very well located in Santa Cruz, the prices are totally reasonable and the people working there a really gentle. Despite all other critics i'd probably go there if i went to Santa Cruz again. more

I got this hotel on hotwire and after checking out the reviews I was really scared, but after all it wasn't too bad and definately a very good value! My wife and I drove round Claifornia for one month in January and we chose this place for its location in Santa Cruz. It was ok, everything was clean if a little worn. If we had to stop in a Knights Inn again then we would. It was great value but not a romm to linger in! more

The only reason I rated this dump a "1" is because there is no zero! Looks are deceiving on this one, although it's close to the Boardwalk, you definitely won't enjoy your stay.
