I suggest an alternative hotel. Avoid the hassel. We stayed 3 nights for wharf to wharf. Had reservations for 68.00 a night. all okay. Go to check-out manager had switched nightly rate to $240.00 a night. Manager, no speak english... crapola.. I was a Travel Agent and I've stayed at alot of different properties. I think the Continental Inn is a Great Bargain in Santa Cruz, especially during off-season.
