A lot of the other reviews talk about the cleanliness - our experience wasn't that bad, although I did see room service trays sitting in the hallway for about 8 hours which was kind of gross. Property and surrounding area is lovely. Walls paper thin. Doors slamming by guests and help alike. Towels and pillows not up to par. Bedding mushy and topped with those warm, down toppers. By far the worst experience ever. Room had foul odor. AC did not work. We had no power for 24 hours. We were never contacted by the hotel. They overcharged us as well. RUN!!!! more

We paid at least $50 more by booking this hotel directly. Room is small for 4 people on two double-bed room. The bathroom is smaller. The towels are not as luxurious as the bedding. Quiet surrounding. Nice fitness center. May not return unless we can get a good rate for a room. more
