Good news first, Stephanie at the front desk was great. Very helpful with answering some questions we had (restaurants, etc.) Then it went downhill, no Wifi in our room, advertised FREE BREAKFAST what a joke. I went down at 8:15 on Sunday morning and found nothing but some bread to toast. No danish, no muffins, no nothing....

The staff were very professional and friendly. Room was good size for our family of four. I was very impressed with the renovation and how quite comfortable the beds were. warm welcome. the gentlemen was very nice. the hotel was very clean and beds are very confy. nice deco. It looks like it has been renew. very quiet. ready to stay in our next trip. lost of parking space and sweeming pool very clean.

I stayed in one of their suites this time which was wonderfully spacious with everything you could want including cordless phones in both rooms and a hot tub--all for a very reasonable price. The same room in Santa Barbara would be at least $400. Management is very cordial and the property is well kept and secure.
