My experience has been that hotels in great locations don't always have great employees or services levels. Shutters was an amazing exception. The staff was great and they went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. more

Hotel service was very slow. Front desk impersonal. For the price, there are better hotels on the beach. Have to say that "Coast" restaurant was very good and the service was what it should be for the prices they charge for eggs and coffee. more
