Ok, I can see how some people find the hotel a bit overrated and snobby but I have to say I would go back again. Where to start with what's wrong with this place??? ...... Firstly, there is not one full length mirror in the room. I stayed in Viceroy in March for 3 nights in room 810 with my cousin. Perfect view from this top floor room. Excellent costumer service from the beginning till the end. Ok hotel would be a generous rating. Desk clerks offer limited check in assistance, room service was self service pick up and carry out, and the website pictures look nice but they must have been taken years ago as the hotel is run down and dingy.
