Just stayed here for the weekend while visiting daughter in college. Staff is excellent, friendly and helpful, but for the price, topping $500 a night including taxes and parking, it's overpriced given the somewhat tired condition of the rooms. we stayed at the Fairmont with our 2 kids aged 10 and 8. We were given a room so small with 2 little queen beds we hardly could move in the room and hardly slept. This is one of those old worldly hotels. You can't fault anything. We had booked this through Magnellan vacations on the internet and everything we had asked for we got - suite so that my daugther had her on space and early and late check in/outs.
