Very disappointed, had to change room originally given as faced building work. Finally had a suite at a reduced cost after a lot of haggling, room was impressive the only thing that was. The location is perfect, corner of Broadway and 2nd street. At the back of 3rd street promenade and one block from Ocean Avenue and Palisades Park and a very short walk to Santa Monica Pier. Hallways are smelly, mould on the shower curtain, shower the equivalent of the Niagara, continental breakfast is a joke and the single glazed windows gives you the opportunity to follow every conversation from the surrounding streets (great if you can't catch sleep).
