Have stayed here about once a year for the last several years for a group weekend trip. Always friendly staff, always great accommodations. Cool outdoor firepit for gatherings. Easy walk to local eateries, shopping and more. Great "base" if wine tasting locally. I've never contracted anything (lice, bedbugs or otherwise) from this hotel. More

My husband & I just returned from a great weekend at the Vineyard Creek. It is perfect place to base yourselves out of for a major wine tour. Most wineries are 15- 20 minutes away. Walking distance to great little boutique restaurants too. Shane and Robert at the front desk were very accommodating! Bed was a bit uncomfortable but suite... More

This is a good place to stay if you want to do a little wine tasting. Santa Rosa is in the middle of Sonoma county so it keeps you close to all the vineyards around the county. It is also next to route 101 and 12 so you can get going fairly quickly. There are also a number of good... More

Both me and my girlfriend contracted lice after staying here on 2/11/2012 (for Valentine's Day). I called corporate to report the issue and they transferred me directly to the hotel manager, Rick Aubert. Rick not only failed to offer an apology, but was extremely rude and upset that I called corporate before reporting to the hotel first. I called back... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for our first trip without our 1 year old. Let me start with the things we liked about the hotel: great location (located right next to the freeway, shopping and restaurants right across the street and more shopping and restaurants just a few miles away); the staff was very friendly (as... My wife and I recently visited the Santa Rosa area to do a little wine tasting and stayed at the Hyatt. This place was fantastic! Friendly staff, good happy hour at the restaurant next door and centrally located next to 101. If you are looking to have a good time in wine country, I highly recommend you stay here and... More

This was my first time in Santa Rosa so I didn't have any real expectation going in. I was pleasantly surprised. This was a sharp looking property, clean and updated. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed, but it was okay. I was surprised to find that the rooms were very soundproof.... More

From the pre-planning and booking - to the execution while at the hotel, it was flawless! The staff and exceptional service definitely exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are beautiful. We had a well manicured lawn & garden area outside our boardroom, it was very nice. The food & beverage was great as well. The hotel rooms are very clean... More

Stayed for 3 nights. New Years party with 20+ people in the next room started around 1am and was allowed to go on until after 3am despite calls to front desk. Night manager looked and acted unprofessional (Manager at a Hyatt with scraggly hair and a hoodie? Wow.) Several people smoking both cigarettes and marijuana in the hallways all weekend.... More

We stayed here for 1 night in October 2011. We had a power outage at our home and needed a place for my Mother and I to stay while the issue was resolved. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful in accommodating us in a short notice. This is not a usual Hyatt hotel, and that is OK. The... More
