Never stayed at an Extended Stay Chain before and I was truly disappointed by the quality of at least this one. 1. Old and Musty 2. Bathroom was OK, although you had to hold the flush to make it work and the drain plug was stuck 3. Beds had a constant springy noise which was annoying at the slightest movement.... more

We arrived to the hotel late Saturday night and I was very tired and had a splitting headache. I had flown in from the east coast that morning, compounding my urge to sleep. I was given the room right next to the office, which was noisy with the door slamming all the time, but that didn't really bother me that... more

Stayed at this hotel on june 17th and it was not a good night. The rugs were very dirty, had stains all over. The linoleum in the bathroom was so old and worn it looked dirty. The bed was so awful I couldn't sleep, I don't think they have bought new mattress since 1970. It looks good from the outside,... more

My husband and I stayed only one night at the hotel. I agree with the other writers in that the hotel was noisy. Not just 101 traffic, but also there is a hospital nearby, so we heard ambulances all the time (it was a Saturday night). The hotel looks great from the outside, but once we went in we were... more

We stopped at this hotel after checking the so far critics on this site. Unfortunately, it turned out that they promised too much or perhaps our expectations were too high. The room was very big and very clear but also looked a little old. There is a small kitchen in the room. Plates & silverage is provided which is very... more

This hotel faces the freeway and a very busy intersection. 50% of the rooms are on the wrong side. If you are in the unlucky 50%, expect to hear motorcycles and trucks all night long. We had our airconditioner on high all night, but still heard the loud, continuous traffic noise. Got about 2 hours of sleep for the evening.... more

Stayed here for a week visiting with friends and family. Good points: Easy access to town and Hwy 101, clean, comfortable room, and nice to have small kitchen with fridge/microwave/stove/dishes etc available for long stay. Fast, friendly check in. Bad points: Noisy as all front three floors face Hwy 101 and traffic noise is round the clock. Forget about having... more

We stayed here for 5 days while visitng wine country. While Napa is a good 45 minute drive, Sonoma is only 20 minutes, and there are wineries in Healdsburg only 10 minutes away (and they don't charge for tasting). The room was comfortable and clean. I found it to be a really good deal - you get a room with... more

We stayed two weeks and found the motel to be just what we needed. It's right by the freeway exit, yet our room on the back was quiet. The large room with one queen bed was very clean, pleasantly decorated, and included a coffee maker, 2-burner stove, sink, cupboards, dishes for two, and a full-size fridge, plus a recliner and... more

We stayed here with our dogs while I was recovering from surgery. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had things like dishsoap out if you needed them in the office. They gave us more towels and coffee as needed, all while being very pleasant. It was very quiet, in fact, so quiet that we slept in late almost every... more
