Dinner provided by the hotel was good. Service at dinner was also good as well as the escort to your room. However, continental breakfast is lacking. Coffee was horrible. We paid $295/ night for a room with the wallpaper throughout. Including on the ceiling where it was peeling off. Old brass light fixtures and what seemed like indoor/outdoor carpeting too.... more

We stayed here using the Wine Tasting Package, for one night as a quick weekend escape for my husband's birthday. We stayed in a cute courtyard room, had an amazing dinner that was included in the price, as well as a pretty good continental breakfast that we should have had seconds of instead of looking for a real "meal" elsewhere.... more

We stayed 1 night at the Petersen Inn on our way to L.A. we arrived early and asked for an early check in(a tuesday in february?)however they were unable to accomodate this and we literally checked in at 3.00pm on the dot.The hotel itself is smart and comfortable but I found the piped music irritating more

After a glowing review in Frommer's we booked this inn. We requested a room with a pullout couch for our children. Upon arrival and upon seeing a 'family' our rooms were clearly changed.
