Other reviewers are correct that the curb appeal is lacking, but the rooms are very nicely decorated, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and included shampoo, etc. We had our morning coffe and paper out on the sunny patio, which is a little noisy when cars drive by, but isn't bad. We booked our visit at the Sonoma Creek Inn knowing that It was not a 5 star hotel. When we arrived accomidations were pleasant and room was clean. So far so good... How could anyone complain about this place? First of all it's not in a bad neighborhood at all. It is not in the city center where all of the shops are but the neighborhood is nothing to worry about.
