We stayed for 3 days in the woodcutters cottage, the ambiance and staff were great. The breakfast was delivered to our room and was very nice. The problem is that on the last night of our stay some of our personal stuff (prescription medication that needed to be kept cool) was stolen from the communal fridge. This was a major... More

Victoria Garden Inn is aptly named so, because the garden does really take you back to the late 1800s. Recline with today's catch (read: wine, thats why you're here, isn't it!) while taking in the lovely flowers, or cool off in the pool. Breakfast is served in your room, in the garden or inside, your choice. ITS BIG! And nicely... More

Stayed for two nights at this inn in October 2012. The service was excellent. The breakfast was very good each day. There was a lot of personal attention by the young lady that was in charge of breakfast, checking in and out and pretty much everything. The owner was very pleasant and we did get a chance for a couple... More

My sister-in-law and I stayed at The Victorian Garden Inn for 5 nights and had a fabulous time. The gardens are just gorgeous and the setting is surreal. I didn't even miss TV because we stayed so busy. The daily breakfast was so yummy and nutritious, we couldn't wait for 9am to get there. We were only 2 blocks from... More

I was really looking forward to staying in this bed and breakfast, however, I was very dissapointed. I am generally forgiving of little things that are not "perfect", however, there was not much that I liked about this place. We went on an "event" weekend, with the benefit concert at BR Cohn winery , so we were charged $350 a... More

This Bed and Breakfast was so adorable, clean, and so efficient! The gardens and landscape were beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and healthy, and Janet who worked there and as our waitress every morning was the sweetest and nicest girl. As we went down for breakfast, our rooms were cleaned and bed was fixed. Very on time with everything.... More

This B&B is beyond disappointing. After being greeted, we were immediately asked for a credit card and rushed. Which, if you are used to the warmth and charm of a B&B, then this us unfamiliar to you! After seeing the room, and the pool, I knew why she wanted our money 1st! The pool was not swimmable and also a... More

The Inn itself is very cute, the garden is beautiful. It's a much older building but it's clean and comfortable. It's walking distance from downtown Sonoma which is great. The Inn could use some updating, like in the bathrooms...carpeted floors in the bathroom isn't a good idea. The pool is a nice size and clean, but it has peeling paint... More

My friend and I recently stayed at the Victorian Garden Inn. The location is excellent, walking distance to Sonoma Plaza. I have not seen the cottages, but the main house was a real old Victorian with an old world charm. Our room was on a small side, a little musty and we had share a bathroom with two other women... We had a great two days at this Inn. First of all it is very close to the center of town so did not need to drive but walked everywhere.
