We chose to stay at the Quail Hollow One Corporate Apartments because they were helpful and nice at the time of making the reservation. They quaranteed us a place to park our boat, in a locked storage area, that we could have access to by 8 am, daily. Our first day, the gate didn't get opened until noon. We lost our first day of our vacation because we couldn't get our boat, which is why we were there. We're wakeboarders and go to New Melones for our annual family vacation. Something happened which we understand things sometimes do. The main problem was that the unit we stayed in was dirty! The toilets, kitchen floor, microwave, even the shower tile wall had writing on it, which was washable, but it just wasn't cleaned! There were only three bath towels and a few hand towels. Get this, the bed sheets were stained/dirty! Which I didn't discover until the morning after the first night when I got out of bed!
