We had made 2 separate reservations because part of our party was only staying 1 night and the rest of us were staying 2. Had to cancel the 1 night reservation because someone got sick. “Friendly staff, great location”

We came in around 12:30 at night and were surprised to find a spot in the lot. The front desk staff was super friendly and waived the parking fee for us because of the time. I had called earlier in the day to remind them that we would be arriving late and our room was available when we got there.... More

Free shuttles from the airport - several Best westerns so make sure you get the Grosvenor Quiet Hotel - good sleep and bed evening dinner at the hotel - a bonus after a long flight Superb breakfast - great choices

“Great Place to stay”

Best Western are always good value for a short break, for us it was overnight after a long day travelling. Rooms always clean and tidy but this has to be one of the best breakfasts offered and its included in the room rate. Excellent value

This is a great hotel to stay at. It is a great neighbor hood. MacDonald's across the street and a ihop down the street. A shuttle picks you up at the airport. I will stay here again. “Great Place, Service, and Location”

We have stayed at this hotel twice and would definitely stay there again. The staff was very caring and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing as they offered many different items to choose from. We were able to use their shuttle to the airport in the morning. GREAT PLACE!!!!

This hotel was wonderful from minute one. We arrived late at SFO after a delayed flight and were pleased to find the hotel courtesy shuttle still running at almost midnight.
